Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SUSQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
