National Retail Properties (NYSE: NNN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
