Independence Realty Trust (NYSE: IRT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2014.
