First Trust Dividend and Income (FAV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.3% to $0.17; 7.2% Yield

First Trust Dividend and Income (NYSE: FAV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized. This is a 6.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 24, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 22, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
