Costamare (NYSE: CMRE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 6, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 23, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 21, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
