Kraft Foods Group (NASDAQ: KRFT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 11, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 9, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
