MSC Industrial Direct (NYSE: MSM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 22, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 8, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 3, 2014.
