Vail Resorts, Inc. (MTN) Tops Q3 EPS by 26c

Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) reported Q3 EPS of $3.18, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $2.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $543.05 million versus the consensus estimate of $522.03 million.

Spring season pass sales for the 2014/2015 ski season were up approximately 14% in units and approximately 20% in sales dollars through May 27, 2014 compared with the prior year period ended May 28, 2013.
