Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (CLI) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 50% to $0.15; 2.8% Yield

Mack-Cali Realty Corp. (NYSE: CLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 50% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on July 11, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 1, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
