Altisource Residential (NYSE: RESI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 23, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 9, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 5, 2014.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6.6 percent.
