Navient (NAVI) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; Announces $400M Buyback

Navient (NASDAQ: NAVI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2014, to stockholders of record on June 6, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.

The also Board of Directors authorized a $400 million share repurchase program for the company's outstanding common stock. The program does not have an expiration date.
