Arctic Cat, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, or $0.5 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on June 13, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2014.
