Clorox Co. (CLX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 4.2% to $0.74; 3.4% Yield

Clorox Co. (NYSE: CLX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.74 per share, or $2.96 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.71.

The dividend will be payable on August 8, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 23, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 21, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
