Peregrine Semic (NASDAQ: PSMI) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.24), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter came in at $35.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $34.32 million.

Peregrine Semic sees Q2 revenue of $42-46 million, versus the consensus of $35.78 million. Second quarter GAAP gross margin is expected to be in the range of 36% to 39%.
