Chevron (CVX) Declares $1.07 Quarterly Dividend; 3.4% Yield

Chevron (NYSE: CVX) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.07 per share, or $4.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
