Memorial Production (MEMP) Declares $0.55 Quarterly Dividend; 9.5% Yield

Memorial Production Partners LP (NASDAQ: MEMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 2, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.5 percent.
