China Yuchai (CYD) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 2.4% Yield

China Yuchai International Ltd. (NYSE: CYD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 26, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 16, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
