Access Midstream Partners (NYSE: ACMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.485 per share, or $1.94 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.4675.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 5, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.2 percent.
