Lindsay Corporation (NYSE: LNN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is a 13% increase from the prior dividend of $0.115.

The dividend will be payable on August 30, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 16, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.
