PVR Partners (PVR) Declares $0.55 Quarterly Dividend; 7.6% Yield

PVR Partners LP (NYSE: PVR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 5, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.6 percent.
