Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd (NYSE: CP) declared a quarterly dividend of CDN$0.35 per share, or CDN$1.40 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 28, 2013, to stockholders of record on September 27, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of September 25, 2013.
