Walgreen Company (NYSE: WAG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.315 per share, or $1.26 annualized. This is a 14.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.275.
The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 20, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of August 16, 2013.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
