Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) is active at the start Tuesday following an expanded content deal between Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN) and Viacom (Nasdaq: VIAB), as announced earlier.
According to the release, Amazon Prime Instant Video will begin streaming more kids content, as well as content from Comedy Central and MTV.
Notably, the expended license wasn't labeled as "exclusive."
After starting lower, Netflix popped into positive territory early and is now up 0.7 percent.
