DISH Network Corporation (Nasdaq: DISH) today announced the expiration of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Antitrust Improvements Act in connection with the proposed acquisition by DISH of Sprint Nextel Corporation (NYSE: S).
