Yelp (Nasdaq: YELP) CEO Rob Krolik told Reuters he would be happy to partner with Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) Graph Search. Comments were made to Reuters.
"We are actually happy to partner with Facebook if that's something that they're interested in," said Krolik.
Facebook's Graph search is viewed as competitive threat to Yelp, and many question if the two sides would really be able to hammer out a deal. Comments also hint that a deal for Facebook to acquire Yelp might not be in the works.
