Revenue for the quarter came in at $443 million versus the consensus estimate of $443.83 million. (Nasdaq: ONCY) 10% HIGHER; announced preliminary results from its U.S. Phase 2 clinical trial in patients with metastatic melanoma using intravenous administration of REOLYSIN in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel (REO 020). Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.14, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $516 million versus the consensus estimate of $511.06 million.
CVR Partners, LP (NYSE: UAN) 5% LOWER; announced that Coffeyville Resources, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CVR Energy, Inc., will sell, subject to market conditions, 12,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests (the "common units") in the Partnership in a registered public offering. In connection with the offering, the Selling Unitholder is also expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 common units. The Partnership will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering and the number of common units outstanding will remain unchanged.
NetApp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.69, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.72 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.76 billion. The company sees Q114 revs of $1.475 billion to $1.575 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $0.45 - $0.50. The Street sees revs of $1.6 billion and EPS of $0.53. The Company is increasing its current stock repurchase program, of which $1.4 billion remains outstanding, by an additional $1.6 billion. Additionally, NetApp has initiated a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of the Company's common stock, which it intends to increase over time.
Diana Shipping, Inc. (NYSE: DSX) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.04), versus $0.25 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $42.6 million, versus $57.6 million reported last year.
Target Corp. (NYSE: TGT) 3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.77, or $1.05 ex-items, versus the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter rose 0.5 percent to $16.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $16.82 billion. Comparable-store sales declined 0.6 percent. For full-year 2013, the Company now expects adjusted EPS of $4.70 to $4.90, compared with prior guidance of $4.85 to $5.05. GAAP EPS is expected to be $4.12 to $4.32, approximately 58 cents lower than adjusted EPS. The consensus is $4.50.
Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) 3% HIGHER; announced its intention to split off its remaining interest in Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS), through an exchange offer. Zoetis, formerly Pfizers animal health business, completed its initial public offering (IPO) in February 2013. In the exchange offer, Pfizer shareholders can exchange all, some or none of their shares of Pfizer common stock for shares of Zoetis common stock owned by Pfizer. The exchange offer is anticipated to be tax-free for participating Pfizer shareholders in the United States, except with respect to cash received in lieu of a fractional share. The completion of the full separation of Zoetis is expected to be accretive to Pfizers earnings per share beginning in 2014.
SodaStream International (NASDAQ: SODA) 3% LOWER; JPMorgan downgraded from Overweight to Neutral with a price target of $70.00 (from $56.00). Analyst John Faucher thinks the company still has "plenty of fizz", or earnings growth, but he thinks this is already priced in.
Lowes Cos. (NYSE: LOW) 2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.49, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $13.45 billion. Comps down 0.7 percent. Lowes reaffirmed FY2013 guidance.

Merck & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MRK) 2% HIGHER; entered into an accelerated share repurchase agreement (ASR) with Goldman, Sachs & Co. to repurchase $5 billion of Merck’s common stock. Proceeds from the company’s recently concluded debt offering were used to execute the ASR, which is part of Merck’s previously announced $15 billion share repurchase program.
Baltic Trading (NYSE: BALT) 2% LOWER; announced that it has commenced a public offering of common stock. Baltic Trading intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for future vessel acquisitions or, to the extent it does not so use them, for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Intuit, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) 1% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.97, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $2.93. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.18 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.18 billion. Co reaffirmed FY guidance. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.03 to $0.07 vs estimate of $0.10. See Q4 rev of $702 to $727 million vs estimate of $726.1 million.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) 3% HIGHER; announced its intention to split off its remaining interest in Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS), through an exchange offer. Zoetis, formerly Pfizers animal health business, completed its initial public offering (IPO) in February 2013. In the exchange offer, Pfizer shareholders can exchange all, some or none of their shares of Pfizer common stock for shares of Zoetis common stock owned by Pfizer.
