The second proxy advisory firm in as many days is out supporting splitting the Chairman and CEO roles at JPMorgan (NYSE: JPM).
Today, Glass Lewis came out in support of the split, which if voted on by shareholders would effectively mean Jaime Dimon could no longer hold both positions. On Monday, Institutional Shareholder Services urged shareholders to vote in favor of a proposal to split the roles. The firm also said shareholders should oust three JPMorgan directors.
Warren Buffett, who owns the stock for his personal account, is taking the company's side and said he is "100 percent for Jamie."
