UPDATE - In total, 154 recipients, including various Congressional staffers and trade group, were said to receive the FOMC minutes ahead of the traditional 2pm EDT release time. No specific names were mentioned with the alert.
The FOMC minutes were then released at 9am EDT. For the full FOMC release, click here.
