DayStar Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqL DSTI) filed to request additional time for its 10-K report. The following comes from the SEC filing Tuesday afternoon:
The registrant is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2012 within the prescribed period without unreasonable effort or expense. The registrant fully expects to be able to file within the additional time allowed by this report.
