Disney's (DIS) Iger: No Governance Issues at Company; Parks Business Stronger than Last Year

Disney (NYSE: DIS) CEO Bob Iger was speaking on CNBC this afternoon.
In part, Iger said that Disney "does not have any governance issues" and there is no evidence that separation of CEO and chairman leads to better performance for a company.
Iger also said that the company discussed roles using the original cast in the new Star Wars film.
Finally, Iger noted that its Parks business is stronger than at this time last year.
Shares are down about 1.1 percent Tuesday afternoon, but moving off session lows.
