Bank of America Corp. (NYSE: BAC) CEO Brian Moynihan was given total compensation for 2012 of roughly $12 million.
For the year, Moynihan was paid a salary of $950,000 and received an $11.1 million stock grant. He was awarded 277,871 Cash Settled Restricted Stock Units, 463,119 Performace Stock Units and 185,248 Restricted Stock Units. Each Stock Unit is the economic equivalent of one share of Bank of America common stock.
Moynihan will be paid $1.5 million in salary for 2013, up from the $950,000 he was paid for the prior two years.
