Netflix (NFLX) Shares Turbocharged on New Dreamworks (DWA) Collaboration

Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX) shares are ticking higher in early trading Tuesday following an earlier announcement that it and Dreamworks (Nasdaq: DWA) would start production on "the first ever Netflix Original Series for kids."
The collaboration will be based on Dreamworks' upcoming movie Turbo, with the series entitled Turbo F.A.S.T.
Turbo F.A.S.T. will debut in December in the U.S. and in 40 international markets.
Both Dreamworks CEO Jeff Katzenberg and Netflix content chief Ted Sarandos are reportedly "thrilled" about the collaboration.
Netflix shares are up about two percent ahead of the opening bell Tuesday.
