Qihoo 360 (QIHU) Still in Talks with Apple (AAPL) Over Getting Apps Back on iTunes

Qihoo 360 (NYSE: QIHU) is ticking higher on the session Tuesday amid reports it is still in talks with Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) over it mobile apps.
Last week, CFO Alex Xu said Qihoo's apps were pulled from Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) iTunes platform, though the company was in "close communication" with Apple.
CEO Zhou Hongyi also noted that Apple removed the apps as they were also being distributed through another channel.
The apps were removed from iTunes on January 25th.
Currently, there is no time frame on when Qihoo will return to iTunes, though it seems like the company is adamant to make a return. Shares are up 2.3 percent Tuesday morning, following a 1.1 percent jump higher on Monday.
