Monsanto Company (NYSE: MON) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 26, 2013, to stockholders of record on April 5, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of April 3, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
