Apple (AAPL) Suppliers: Is There One Good Quarter Left? (CRUS) (SWKS)

Though times have been tough for Apple, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) suppliers over the last few weeks given negative press and tough quarterly results from the iPhone and iPad maker, is there one more hurrah left before the fallout?

Cirrus Logic (Nasdaq: CRUS) might be able to provide some insight. Late Thursday, the supplier of high-precision analog and digital signal processing components issued a third-quarter 2013 beat with EPS of $1.64 topping views by 23 cents. Despite the upbeat report, revenue guidance for fourth-quarter 2013 was $220 million, below views calling for $235 million.

To be sure, most suppliers don't rely on one company, even one as large as Apple, for 100 percent of sales. But, given recent reports in the tech segment, traders might be able to squeeze a brief rally from some names before reality sinks back in. The following supply Apple with upcoming EPS dates listed:

• QUALCOMM (Nasdaq: QCOM) - January 30th;
  
• Broadcom (Nasdaq: BRCM) - January 29th;
  
• Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: SWKS) - January 30th;
  
• TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (Nasdaq: TQNT) - February 6th;
  
• Nuance Communications (Nasdaq: NUAN) - February 7th;
  
• OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OVTI) - around the end of February (no definitive data set yet); and
  
• ZAGG Inc. (Nasdaq: ZAGG) late January/early February (also, no date set).
