Digi-Key Corporation and leading innovator in Flash memory solutions Spansion Inc. (NYSE: CODE) have signed a distribution agreement. As part of the agreement, Digi-Key will distribute Spansion's portfolio of parallel and serial NOR and embedded NAND Flash memory portfolio within the United States.
With thousands of available products, the Spansion Flash memory products range from 5V, 3V and 1.8V and from 1 Mb to 4 Gb. Packaging configurations include single-die packaged, die, wafer, and multi-chip package (MCP) configurations.
