EQT Midstream Partners, Lp (NYSE: EQM) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on February 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2013, with an ex-distribution date of January 31, 2013.

The annual yield on the distribution is 4.2 percent.
