Needham & Company downgraded F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) from Buy to Hold.

The firm said they are concerned about the near-term outlook and the longer-term strategic position. "After a 10-year bullish run we are increasingly worried about F5 being hurt by the technology changes occurring around the virtualized Software Defined Data Center," analyst Alex Henderson states.
