Stewardship Financial (NASDAQ: SSFN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share, or $0.04 annualized. This is a 50% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.02.

The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 1, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 30, 2013.
