Strong Apple (AAPL) iPhone 5 Sales Boost Lens Maker to Record Q4 Revs (OCLR) (JDSU)

Oclaro (Nasdaq: OCLR), Finisar Corp (Nasdaq: FNSR), Oplink (Nasdaq: OPLK), and JDS Uniphase (NYSE: JDSU) are on watch Monday following strong numbers from a Taiwan-based competitor.
According to Digitimes, revs for Largan Precision rose 141.5 percent in December to NT$3.16 billion (about $108.5 million). The number was an improvement of 5 percent over November.
Digitimes noted that Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPhone 5 boosted shipments of 8-megapixel (MP) and HD lens boosted sales.
Annual revs for 2012 rose 25.6 percent to NT$20.07 billion while fourth-quarter sales hit a record at NT$8.58 billion.
