Jefferies upgraded Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) from Underperform to Hold with a price target of $35.00 (from $25.00) on sustained improvement in top-line trends and margins.
"Most recently in mid-December, URBN disclosed that its SSS were tracking up HSD% which is better than expected given the difficult November many retailers faced," the analyst comments. "Margins have also continued to improve as the company works to improve full price selling and bring promotions down to more normal historical levels."
