Einstein Noah Restaurant (BAGL) Recalls Darn Good Atlantic Smoked Salmon Retail Product

Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (Nasdaq: BAGL) disclosed that the FDA announced a voluntary recall with Marinos Delifish S.A. As a customer of a subsidiary of Delifish S.A., Einstein Bros. is taking the precautionary measure to voluntarily issue a recall of its Darn Good Atlantic Smoked Salmon 4 oz. retail packaged product at its stores nationwide.
The supplier notified Einstein Bros. of a potential threat of listeria monocytogenes when minimal traces were identified in some of its smoked salmon product. No traces have been found in Einstein Bros. Darn Good Atlantic Smoked Salmon retail product and the FDA’s announcement does not include the sandwich product, however Einstein Bros. is taking the precautionary step to remove all smoked salmon product from this supplier at its stores nationwide at this time.
No illnesses have been reported at any Einstein Noah Restaurant Group restaurant with regards to this recall.
