Gas Natural (NYSE: EGAS) declared a monthly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.54 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2013, to stockholders of record on January 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of January 11, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.8 percent.
