Kayne Anderson Midstream EF (KMF) Raises Qtr. Distribution 1.7% to $0.4425; 6.2% Yield

Kayne Anderson Midstream/Energy Fund (NYSE: KMF) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.4425 per share, or $1.77 annualized. This is a 1.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.435.

The distribution will be payable on January 11, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 28, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of December 26, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 6.2 percent.
