M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC) declared an annual dividend of $1.00 per share, or $1 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on December 28, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 24, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 20, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
This dividend is in lieu of declaring and paying regular quarterly dividends in calendar year 2013.
