Campus Crest Communities (CCG) Declares $0.16 Quarterly Dividend; 5.5% Yield

Campus Crest Communities (NYSE: CCG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 9, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 26, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 21, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.5 percent.
