HTC Corp. Sales Show Positive Sequential Gains in November

December 7, 2012 6:53 AM EST
HTC Corporation announced unaudited consolidated revenue for November 2012 of NT$21.23 billion, and total unaudited consolidated revenue from January to November 2012 is NT$267.5 billion.

The number is up 23.3 percent from October, but down 31.4 percent from the same period in 2011.

November's revenue gains are an improvement over a month-over-month decline of 18.6 percent in October and a 30 percent drop for November 2011.

Recent releases like the Windows Phone 8X and 8S may be hot sellers for the device manufacturer and its "One" series is also gaining as Android devices continue to be hot sellers.

Whether this means the worst is over for HTC is yet to be seen. Comps for December will be a little easier. Last year, December sales fell 14.8 percent from November and 20.3 percent from December2010.
