Synopsys, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNPS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.47, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $454.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $445.63 million.

Synopsys, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.54-0.56, versus the consensus of $0.55. Synopsys, Inc. sees Q1 2013 revenue of $468-478 million, versus the consensus of $459.98 million.

Synopsys, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $2.26-2.31, versus the consensus of $2.28. Synopsys, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $1.955-1.975 billion, versus the consensus of $1.88 billion.
