Blyth (BTH) Will Receive ~$16M Dividend from ViSalus Unit

Blyth, Inc. (NYSE: BTH) announced that ViSalus, its direct seller of health and wellness products and originator of the Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge, will pay a $22 million dividend to its shareholders. As majority shareholder, Blyth will receive 72.7% of the dividend.
