Dropped calls are so yesterday. The new annoying interruption is spontaneous reboot.
According to TheVerge, reports have come in that Nokia (NYSE: NOK) and HTC devices running Microsoft's (Nasdaq: MSFT) new Windows Phone 8 platform are randomly restarting. The issue appears to be affecting HTC's 8X as well as the Lumia 920 from Nokia.
In addition, some users report that the Lumia 920 battery life is subpar compared to promises.
Borth HTC and Nokia have acknowledged the issue and are working to fix it. Nokia ended the session up over 6 percent on earlier reports that the Lumia 920 is already sold out in Germany.
